How to Permanently Disable Windows Update?

1. Launch Regedit 
2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Svchost 
3. Open the netsvcs key. 
4. Remove wuauserv and UsoSvc
